Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic New York-style pizzas to meet our high standards of consistency and quality.
- Ensure the use of the highest quality ingredients while maintaining food safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly in a high-volume setting.
- Provide exceptional guest service with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with both opening and closing duties, particularly during late-night shifts.
Requirements:
- Passion for Guest Service: A commitment to providing every guest with an excellent dining experience.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to maintaining high standards in food preparation and service.
- Availability: Open availability is preferred, with weekend and closing shift availability required.
- Experience: Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required-comprehensive training will be provided.
