JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Update BAVs daily using the source file •Liase with Volume Control Analysts regarding changes or discrepancies on BAVs •Manage all non-physical distribution within Targa and at third-party locations •Give/take distribution for non-physical moves oRightAngle order set-up oWrite all Targa IT letters and distribute oActualize all IT letters in RightAngle, Targa and third-party •Book transfers oReview and confirm any third-party book proposals oPropose book transfers to customers oWrite and distribute letters when appropriate oBook all agreed book transfers in RightAngle oActualize all book letters in RightAngle, Targa and third-party •Other duties as assigned MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: •Bachelor's degree with an exception for industry experience •Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors; able to work in a self-directed work team with minimum supervision •Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others •Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends •Regular and reliable attendance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: •3-5 years of NGL experience •RightAngle Experience •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills •Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team •Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work •Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and completing deadlines EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: Targa Resources provides equal employment opportunities based on merit, experience, and other work-related criteria and without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, age, pregnancy, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
