Role Overview: The UX Strategist will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies that improve user experiences and better our clients' business objectives. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills to distill complex ideas into compelling and actionable strategies. The ideal candidate is likely a strategist with a strong UX design background, or a UX designer with deep strategy experience.

In this role, you will: Develop the UX strategy for digital products, collaborating closely with our creatives. Independently conduct desk research and user research, such as stakeholder interviews and focus groups. Prepare, co-moderate, and document complex, multi-stakeholder design and user experience workshops. Identify, produce, and present user personas, journeys, and needs. Develop information architecture scenarios, hierarchies, content strategies, and messaging concepts and visualize concepts using sketches, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, or other methods. Craft and present strategic narratives for pitches, meetings, and presentations to both internal and external client stakeholders. Develop content for thought leadership around our agency's strategy offering, such as white papers.

Ideally, you'll have: 4+ years of relevant experience at a design/technology agency, consulting firm, or innovative environment. Experience in user experience, service design, and a range of user-focused methodologies such as research, user personas, journey mapping. The ability and drive to lead multiple complex projects at a time, while providing collaboration, guidance and support to colleagues and partners. Excellent, client-ready communication and people skills, for both internal and external groups.Interest in joining a small, resourceful team—we punch above our weight by staying curious, always improving, and maximizing our impact. Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as Figma and Keynote.
