About David EnergyDavid Energy is creating a new kind of power company. Traditional Retail Electricity Providers (REPs) are outdated, opaque, and painful for customers to engage with. We use software to monitor our customers' real-time energy usage, and we aggregate and analyze that data to maximize the value they get from their energy assets – batteries, EVs, HVAC systems and other distributed energy resources (DERs) via participation in energy markets. Our mission is to run the grid on clean energy 24/7.Reporting to our COO, the Head of Strategic Ops will help connect the strategic “What” we want to do with the technical and operational “How” we operationalize across our entire complex ecosystem. We are enrolling customers at a faster rate than ever and we need to ensure that our processes, systems and tools are designed and optimized to best support our internal teams and our desired customer experience. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of operations management principles.
