Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated and skilled Technical Writer to join our New York-based Knowledge Management and Training team to deliver exceptional documentation for FreeWheel clients and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and solution architects, to gather information and produce top-notch technical documentation, user guides, and release notes. A key part of this role will also be supporting FreeWheel's extensive API documentation; check it out online to see the kind of content you would be responsible for. Your expertise in simplifying complex technical concepts will be vital in ensuring that our customers and internal teams can easily understand and make the most of our client resources and offerings. About our Team The Knowledge Management (KM) and Training team leverages product expertise and program management skills to drive and deliver best-in-class documentation and education focused on making client users experts using FreeWheel technology. Our clients desire clear, concise, and complete product documentation and training to achieve success in their businesses. This role is based in the New York City office (Midtown Manhattan). In person attendance is required 4 days per week.Job Description

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $67,454.51 - $101,181.77
