A financial firm is looking for a Lead Python Engineer to join their team in New York, NY. Compensation: $200-250k Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years software development experience in financial services industry, preferably in fixed income
- 5+ years experience leading technology teams and/or large scale projects
- Experience developing risk systems for fixed income and/or fx asset classes
- Experience with Python
- Project management experience with an ability to run multiple concurrent projects
- Large scale data and database experience
- Advanced degree in financial engineering or related field is a plus
- CFA, FRM, or similar certification is a plus
