- Competitive Pay: Earn between $21 - $24 per hour, plus an additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts.

Your Role: As a Caregiver at BrightStar Care, you will:
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care tailored to each client's needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and other destinations.
- Prepare and serve meals, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to medical professionals.
- Document care tasks and maintain detailed care notes.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
- License & Vehicle: Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Certifications: Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- Registry: Registration or willingness to register with the Home Care Aide Registry.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as an in-home Caregiver or similar role (preferred).
