Experience working with children with Autism and related disorders preferred. 2. Apply behavior modification techniques in accordance with ABA practices. 3. Work with students with developmental, emotional and behavioral disorders to change, alter and improve students social interaction skills 4. Recognize and follow procedures when disruptive, abusive, and/or dangerous behavior occurs. 5. Demonstrate an understanding, patient, and receptive attitude toward children. 6. Participate as member of a behavior intervention team supporting students' progress. 7. Perform basic math calculations. 8.
