Description:CT Technologist in the Radiology Department at Good Samaritan Hospital, in Greensboro GA * $10,000 Sign on BonusFulltime Weekends: Sat/Sun 9am to 9pm with one 12 hr shift on Wednesday (9a to 9p)Sat/Sun 12 hr with one 12 hr shift on Wednesday (9a to 9p)$10,000Sign on Bonus!!!!*Must have at least 1yr exp as CT tech to be eligible for sign on bonus.Will also work with Diagnostic Xray's as well.

Position Purpose:

CT Technologist in the Radiology Department at Good Samaritan Hospital, in Greensboro GA

Sat/Sun 12 hr (9am to 9pm), with one 12 hr shift on Wednesday (9a to 9p)

*Must have at least 1yr exp as CT tech to be eligible for sign on bonus.

Will also work with Diagnostic Xray's as well.

What you will do:

• Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic and CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.
• Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.
• Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
• Performing angiography studies of the brain, neck, and chest with 3D reformats

What you will need:

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: registered or registry eligible with ARRT
• Education: Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school.
• Experience: One year experience in hospital environment preferred and to demonstrate Radiological technology competence
