Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Understand company challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions.
- Design and develop AI models to meet project requirements.
- Analyze and explain AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
- Convert AI/ML models into APIs that other developers can use.
- Perform statistical analysis on big data sets.
- Advise IT leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI.
- Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with the rest of the IT team.
- Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each project.
- Developing a detailed level of understanding the database structure of the Dragados-USA corporate accounting system.
- Developing sufficient knowledge of the software used, and problem-solving techniques necessary to research issues and discover possible resolutions.
- Follow up and reporting:
- Project management skill through FRICE items methodology (planning, follow up, prioritize, summarizing, coordination).
- Perform periodic performance reporting to the Development Subdirector of Dragados SA.
- Communicate and apply project standards.
- Developing new functionalities:
- Analysis with final users and develop of new solutions to solve their needs.
- Develop new functionalities in .NET, Web (ASP.net) and Winforms and in HTML5, Javascript, CSS3, based in an architecture provided by solutions in Dragados.
- Develop processes in database SQL-Server.
- Testing functionalities.
- Developing the ability to interpret user requests for information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
- Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.
- Knowledge in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
- Knowledge with ML, LLM, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP.
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases to design structures and to query and manipulate data.
- Knowledge of developing in .NET, HTML5, Javascript.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports.
- Preferred but not mandatory Spanish as a second spoken language.
- Availability to discover architecture of Dragados in Spain (training on site during the first weeks).
