(ON CALL AS NEEDED BASIS)POSTION DESCRIPTIONThe Kitchen Helper subsitute is an on call as needed basis position and assists in food preparation, serving of students and staff, and will assist in the general clean up of the food service areas.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:1. Possess High School Diploma or GED2. Possess a Food Handlers Permit3. Experience in food services and serving large groups preferred4. Be in good physical condition (with no history of back problems, etc.)5. Ability to operate dishwasher6. Be able to lift 30 lbs on a regular basis7. Demonstrated ability to work well with children8. Demonstrated ability to work with students and staff in a team environment9. Communicate with an open and pleasant manner10. Be firm and consistent when managing students11. Be flexible and handle change in routine calmly12. Be punctual and meet deadlines13. Work with minimal supervision14.
