  • Performs regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
  • Documentation of equipment, tracking, scanning, and storing documents in SharePoint.
  • Perform test drives, and function testing/ operating equipment.
  • Performs inspections in each area of production. Will inspect the completed work of each Mechanic on the floor.
  • Assist fellow coworkers with assembly when needed.
  • Reads prints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products.
  • Recommends improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
  • Documents inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Teaches the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  • Assist Production with quality concerns.
  • Assist with production and storage care of equipment. Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in quality control is preferred.
  • Experience working in a team lead environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Good math and technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards
  • Strong understanding of document control
  • Mechanical work experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanic's tools and precision measurement.
  • Experience with Heavy Machinery/ Cranes is preferred (Operator/ Repair).
  • Should be able to understand prints and perform part inspections according to those prints.
  • Will need to be a reliable self-starter. Benefits:
