Structural Panel Technician - 2nd Shift
: Job Details :

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to install lumber into Structural Insulated Panels following blueprint specifications as the finishing process prior to wrapping and shipment. This position is responsible for operating nail guns, saws, caulk guns and foam guns, following blueprint specifications. It also includes the installing of lumber in panels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Fabrication of SIPs utilizing various hand tools

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Maintain quality standards

Problem-solving installation in tough situations

Operate Hi-lo and overhead cranes

Perform other duties as assigned

Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills

Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

Other Requirements

Basic computer and math skills

Able to lift 75 lbs.

Skilled in using power and hand tools

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Able to stand, reach outward and above, bending frequently and walking

Reliable attendance

Effective communication with fellow team members

Ability to adhere to and maintain quality standards
