Kitchen staff with experience in fast paced, from scratch line cooking. Experience working with a wood fired grill and wood fired oven a plus but we are willing to train. Positions available are line cooks, day prep cook, day pastry/bread prep cook, raw bar cook with experience in ceviche, crudo's, tiraditos and opening oysters & clams, dishwashers.
