Our client is a premier investment manager currently seeking to add a full-time Salesforce Administrator/Business System Analyst . Ideal individual will work closely with various heads of departments to leverage the Salesforce user experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects (debugging and mapping), interfacing with Sales & Marketing Teams, and maximizing database efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all analyzing, debugging, and correcting user-reported problems
- Create and manage modern salesforce automation tools - including Process Builder, Flows, including all of the point-and-click type development tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather business requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Focus on achieving efficiency through the definition, alignment, and execution of configuration changes
- Design solutions with maximum usability while minimizing complex code and customization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make independent decisions and develop creative solutions to support business strategies
- Support current platform capabilities and play a key role in the introduction of new Salesforce features
- Fulfill various ad hoc data maintenance tasks related to user platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree required
- Min of 3+ years of Salesforce.com platform experience as an Admin
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Serve as a Salesforce SME for the firm
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple initiatives.
- Hands on with Configurations, Workflows, troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
