Job Description :
We now have a Maintenance Technician position available! As a Maintenance Tech at Tudor Oaks, your role is integral in ensuring efficient operation and upkeep of our facility and the property. Your primary focus will be conducting general maintenance and repairs on both our facilities equipment and building structure. This includes but is not limited to basic mechanical maintenance, electric, HVAC, plumbing, and general dry wall work.
  • Starting pay $19.00 and up, based on experience
  • Full-time, shifts may vary!
  • Shifts can vary depending on availability.

What You Need:
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license, with good driving history
  • Preference given to applicants that have HVAC, Plumbing, Maintenance Tech or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience with maintenance of industrial food service equipment is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Must be able to meet physical and sensory job requirements with ability to move through the day, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
  • One year of general maintenance experience is strongly preferred
