What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation)Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial management role in the skilled nursing industryStrong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and regulationsDemonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingExceptional attention to detail and accuracyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in financial software and MS ExcelEffective communication and leadership abilitiesMultistate experience with mid to large size SNF companyWhat the Role Entails:
