JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- Minimum of 10 years of Global Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 5 years, senior leadership of a professional supply chain staff
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and delivering measurable improvements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise level ERP, supply chain & analytics systems (Oracle EBS, Tagitek, Alteryx) preferred
- APICS Certification or demonstrated progress toward certification strongly preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct, supervise, mentor and develop staff to deliver operational results that meet and exceed planned expectations. Demonstrate strong leadership through training and coaching to drive excellence and best practice
- Work in a collaborative fashion with other department heads, such as Sales, Finance and Manufacturing/Operations to execute corporate strategy
- Responsible for corporate and site specific Supply Chain activity
- Develop strategies and goals to include on time material delivery to each local facility, maximizing inventory turns and minimizing Excess & Obsolescence
- Identify and lead continuous improvement in Supply Chain including internal material flow processes and systems
- Expand corporate strategy of commodity and materials sourcing processes
- Responsible for managing to corporate metrics, including customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns, cost reductions, supplier quality and delivery
- Build strategic alliances with key supplier partners based on metrics of quality, total cost and delivery linking to strategic business needs while reducing external spending
Salary Range: $180k - $220k DOE
