We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, and skilled S&OP Manager to be part of developing a world-class Planning Team that will drive the company to reach its aggressive growth plans. The right candidate will have developed quantitative skills and, at the same time, be able to easily connect and communicate his/her analysis and plan to other senior leaders and teams with important impact across the whole organization.The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.Duties and responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional S&OP meetings to align key stakeholders on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production plans.
- Develop and refine inventory targets, utilizing ABC patterns for prioritization, to enhance operational efficiency, elevate service levels, and optimize working capital investments.
- Track and report key S&OP metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing measures to enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Supply Chain teams to address long-term critical supply constraints and ensure a cohesive S&OP approach.
- Communicate complex analyses and reports to stakeholders, facilitating the integration of S&OP insights into decision-making processes.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the S&OP process, including the use of advanced analytics and forecasting tools.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various factors on the S&OP process, providing strategic recommendations.
- Implement and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the S&OP process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fulfill additional duties as required, consistently aligning with the principles and goals of the Sales and Operations Planning process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in Sales & Operations Planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across various teams.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory optimization, and demand planning.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive continuous improvement in S&OP processes.
- Certification in APICS or related fields is desirable.
