Our starting base rate of pay is $25.52 per hour. We also offer a $2 per hour shift differential for our employees who work our night shifts. TNA is currently looking for MOLD SHOP Technicians to maintain the Curing Molds of the production equipment in our fast-paced, automated plant environment. This role must have experience with injection molding machines able to troubleshoot issues, visually inspect for quality, and make necessary adjustments, helping to ensure production is completed on time. 2 years experience is preferred.QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical specifications.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
- Criminal Background check required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Set up and start up injection molding machines
- Document mold changes and machine adjustments
- Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production
- Experience with usage of calipers or other measurement tools
- Inspect items to ensure a consistent level of quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Experience with plastic or rubber injection molding (2+ years preferred)
- Materials handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Constant standing and walking up to 12 hours per day.
- This position may require lifting bulky objects up to 120 lbs.
- Pushing/pulling wheeled racks.
- Occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting required with full range of motion.
