Clayton Services is searching for a Front Desk Coordinator to join a thriving company in Houston, Texas.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $50,000/annually

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Manage appointments, events, and conference room scheduling.
  • Restock and order office snacks and drinks.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with general invoicing and billing processes, as needed.

Front Desk Coordinator Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Front Desk Coordinator Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, with exposure to accounting or finance.
