Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour with opportunities for higher pay with experienceMon-Friday : 8:00 am-4:30 pm Requirements Essential Functions:

  • Damaged Inventory
  • Evaluate damaged item packaging and determine suitability for use elsewhere
  • Repackage damaged inventory
  • Sort, organize, and consolidate damaged inventory
  • Maintain sufficient levels of repackaging materials
  • Unassembled boxes for griddles and accessories
  • Banding
  • Staples
  • Request boxes from Purchasing
  • Keep packaging item quantities correct in Deposco
  • Pull MISC or special orders from Damaged Inventory when requested
  • Assist Retail Store with stocking
  • Stage good inventory for movement to LTL or E-commerce as necessary
  • Participate in damaged disposition and pending obsolete initiatives
  • Back up and support the Inbound and Returns Associate
  • Manage non-inventory pieces (kit parts and accessories)
Other responsibilities:•Break down and palletize empty boxes for disposal•Assist with cycle counts in the Damaged area•Keep the damaged area organized and clear of trash•Work with the material handlers to reduce the number of damaged items caused by employees•Assist other areas as needed Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Prior experience with Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, and Deposco preferred
  • Forklift certification desirable (Stand-up, Sit-down)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Metrics for performance: Ensure all damaged item staging areas in all warehouses are cleared out each day Keep area clean and organized All repackageable inventory processed and transferred back into 'good' inventory by the end of the day North Atlantic Imports, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
