Job Description :

Compensation: $120k - $135k

As the Human Resource Development Director, you will report directly to the President and be a key member of the Executive Team. You will lead the development of HR practices that enhance the Company's Experience, oversee employee benefits, payroll, health and safety, and collaborate with the Executive Team to implement HR strategies aligned with our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Management: Lead and manage the HR Team, ensuring alignment with Company values and overseeing performance management and appraisals.
  • HR Strategy and Culture: Develop HR strategies promoting a healthy, diverse culture aligned with Company objectives.
  • Policies and Procedures: Continuously improve HR systems and policies in line with best practices and legislation.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Oversee recruitment, ensuring compliance and effective onboarding throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Compensation and Rewards: Review and benchmark compensation models and recognition programs.
  • Staff Development & Engagement: Lead employee engagement surveys, talent development, performance appraisals, and career development programs.
  • Training and HR Implementation: Develop and deliver training programs and provide guidance on HR issues.
  • Administration and Reporting: Ensure effective workforce reporting, payroll processing, and regular updates on HR metrics.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have manufacturing experience
  • Must have Relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategic HR management or as an HR business partner
  • Extensive knowledge of HR compliance, employment legislation, and HR systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
