We strongly believe our caregivers to be the heart of the company.Why Always Best Care Chicagoland?* Paid Training* From $17 to $20 an hour* Weekly Pay* Direct Deposit* Flexible Working Hours* Referral Bonus - Send your colleagues!!* Mileage and time travel between clients.Caregiver responsibilities:* Medication Reminders* Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)* Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.* Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.* Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.* Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals.* Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator* Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency* Follow the Care plan.Caregiver Requirements:* Previous caregiver experience of 2+ years.* Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.* Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.* Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.* Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.* Driver license* Physical endurance to complete required tasks.* High school diploma or equivalent.* Must be able to work in the USA.* Must be very reliable* Must be available on weekends.* Must have experience with bed-bound clients.Shift availability:* Part-time* Work Location: Lombard, ILWant to pursue an occupation where you can make a difference in someone's life?
