Job Description :
Our Family Broadway National, one of Inc. 5000's fastest growing privately owned companies, provides national and international Property Management services to high profile clientele throughout a wide range of businesses. Such businesses include Tech, Restaurant, Super Market, Facility Maintenance, Retail, Specialty and more. Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project activities, scheduling, budget management, and communication
  • Managing day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple large-scale projects
  • Providing estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and overseeing the bidding process
  • Specializing in work from $25,000 - $250,000 for multi-site rollout acquisitions
  • Review blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of work
  • Sourcing all appropriate contractors for specific projects
  • Point of contact to the client, providing updates on project milestones throughout all phases of the project
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts, develop, and monitor schedules and coordinate with GC's
  • Projects ranging up to and exceeding $5,000,000
  • Update the internal and client software management system throughout all phases of the project
  • Collaborating with Director of Construction and other team members
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred
  • Bidding and staffing projects in the range of $25,000-$250,000
  • Experience managing multiple general contracted projects nation-wide
  • Strong customer service and management skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Technologically inclined and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized & detail oriented
  • Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
  • Must be creative and think outside of the box
