Your Role As A Beauty Sales Associate you will lead the Beauty Sales effort by assisting the Neiman Marcus Customer, primarily on the assigned vendor line, as well as with their needs throughout the Beauty Department and Store. As a Beauty Sales Associate you will work on-site in your assigned store and will report to the Beauty Sales Manager. What You'll Do
- Lead the Beauty Sales effort by assisting the NM Customer, primarily on the assigned vendor line, as well as with their needs throughout the Beauty Department and Store
- Support other Associates with product knowledge and closing sales when appropriate
- Develop customer relationships by consistently delivering high levels of service as the beauty expert and store representative
- Utilize technology tools and clientele resources to establish, develop, and maintain client relationships
- Help manage stock and communicate any opportunities with selling trends and out of stock/overstocked merchandise
- Communicate with the Sales Manager and vendor all customer feedback relating to the vendor's products
- Maintain visual standards of the vendor and the store.
- Work with the store's visual team as needed to ensure area is properly merchandised.
- Maximize Relationships to ensure successful planning and execution of event
What You Bring
- You should be knowledgeable in developing a clientele base and possess strong sales, customer service, merchandising and organizational skills.
- Product knowledge and consultation experience required.
- Motivated with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goal
- Exceptional with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
