ZF's Passive Safety division is looking for a Senior Tax Accounting Manager to join the team! Overall, the Senior Tax Accounting Manager will be responsible for working collaboratively across the organization on topics related to tax planning, reporting, and compliance with international tax laws and regulations; ensuring notable tax filing by statutory filing deadlines.

What you can look forward to as the Senior Tax Manager for Americas:

Manage local tax audits and establish relationships with provincial tax authorities.

Responsible for the preparation of the tax reporting packages for Americas entities; support in negotiations with JV Partners and suppliers/customers related to tax issues.

Support in international tax planning, cash optimization, and other ad-hoc tax projects such as mergers and acquisitions.

Business partnering and establishing effective lines of communication with relevant peers and contacts in other functions and regions.

Experience with Mexican Maquiladora taxation and supply chain.

Your profile as the Senior Tax Manager- Americas:

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related technical degree.

10+ years of experience in Tax Accounting, very strong technical skills.

Business understanding and strong business orientation (cross-functional focus, customer centricity, solution-oriented).

Strong communication and advanced process-management skills.
