Surgical Directions is seeking a driven Chief Growth Officer. This executive will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for leading the following activities:

  • Lead and shape a team of experienced growth executives to achieve the organization's goals and their individual quotas.
  • Lead the Sr. Director of Marketing in developing and executing against organizational growth goals, marketing strategy, and lead generation initiatives, including managing our website, events, thought leadership, and client and prospect outreach.
  • Guide team of sales operations and strategic client advisors, led by the Director of Sales and Business Development, through the operations of sales development, including the management and leadership over our CRM solution, HubSpot.
  • Collaborate to develop and support the go-to-market strategies and solution innovation for the perioperative, anesthesia, interim leadership, and MerlinTM Business Lines.
  • Champion the organization's technology-enabled services model through research, design, and development of digital and advanced analytics innovations.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Senior Leadership Team to continue to make Surgical Directions a great place to work and to achieve our mission and vision.
  • Be a thought partner to the CEO, Board, and other key executives.
  • Foster and champion an agile, customer-driven, and servant-oriented work environment with peers and team members across the organization.

The Chief Growth Officer is a critical position that will collaborate with the broader leadership team at Surgical Directions to achieve defined financial and organizational objectives. In partnership with these individuals, the Chief Growth Officer will tactically:

  • Prepare, validate, execute, and be accountable to the strategy and financial targets of the organization, including the infrastructure necessary to realize targets
  • Formalize and refine or build the infrastructure necessary to nurture, grow, and scale essential growth functions like: Innovation & Design, Corporate, Channel and Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Business Intelligence, Growth Executive Compensation and Structures, Customer Success, New Logo Sales, Technology-Enabled Sales, Account Planning, and General Management
  • Achieve quarterly and annual individual sales quota, in addition to the goals of the company and team
  • Collaborate with key executives to formalize the deployment of market-facing activities, quarterly and annual planning, and other key initiatives
  • Serve as an internal strategic resource to client accounts
  • Nurture internal relationships and position team members for success
  • Drive EBITDA, Net Revenue, and Gross Revenue

Qualifications for the role include:

  • A relevant academic background, Master's degree (preferably MBA, MHA) preferred
  • A track record of success in developing, executing, and achieving growth strategies for healthcare consulting organizations
  • A background in consulting or professional services industries is highly desirable
  • At least 10 years of progressive post-graduate business experience (preferably a blend of healthcare leadership, sales, marketing, and/or consulting)
