Our client, the US division of a global producer and distributor of highly technical products, is seeking a CFO for their Cherry Hill, NJ manufacturing site.
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial and risk management of the organization, including strategic analysis of operations and creation of secure internal controls.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of strategic business plans implementationCollaborate on financial and tax strategies developmentDirect budgeting and capital request processesManage finance, accounting, IT, and sales controlling departmentsLead subsidiary company financial operationsOversee organizational transaction processing systemsDirect and review parent company financial information issuance and reportingMonitor company and industry legal issuesEnsure organizational compliance with regulatory and legal complianceInvestigate audit findings and investigationsMonitor cash forecasts and balancesOrganize equity and debt financing within organizational complianceSkills/Competencies:
Global manufacturing industry experienceMust have SAP experienceCPA and MBA10+ years hands-on financial leadership experienceAdvanced Excel proficiencyStrong communication skillsAdditional Details:
