RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in the energy industry is searching for a Finance Controlling and Accounting professional in Houston, TX.Summary:Deliverables from TWC Completed non-public depreciation study with sufficient schedules including depreciable lives and rates by asset class and commentary to comply with Part 347 of Title 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The candidate will provide a public version of same depreciation study (if being submitted to FERC) with company confidential or shipper specific information removed. Be available to assist with any follow-up questions or requested revisions to study by FERC needed to obtain FERC approval. In addition, as work is completed TWC will submit to periodic billings with number of hours for specific activities and applicable rates for those services. Upon the completion, TWC will provide the company the copies of all its working files and calculations used in this engagement.Duties Include:

• Finance Controlling and Accounting will be responsible for managing the general accounting function
• Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Manages the general accounting staff and typically reports to top accounting officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related area
• At least 7 years of experience in the field

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
