DescriptionSupport growth in sales, market share and profitability of the Prime Finance business, with a focus primarily on Hedge Fund and Institutional Managers based in the Americas. The individual is to be a revenue generator and ultimate contributor to the bottom line. The Candidate needs to be creative, persistent and constructive in finding ways to bring new revenue opportunities and eager to work with other parts of the HSBC to find way to penetrate the targeted client base. The Candidate will need to have a robust understanding of Prime Brokerage including but not limited to: 1) Cash Prime Brokerage 2) Synthetic Financing 3) Stock Lending 4) Market Access 5) Cash Equities and Equity DerivativesThe Candidate is also expected to provide regular insight as to what is required for the further development of the HSBC's Prime business.
