The successful candidate will act as a liaison between our customers and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, live chat, or in person. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential customer concerns and take proactive measures to address them before they escalate.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving: Strong ability to handle customer concerns with empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and ability to learn new software quickly.
