Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Compare purchase orders with invoices and packing lists, inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.

Shipping & Receiving: Carefully pack merchandise for deliveries and unload incoming shipments.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized inventory storage areas, conduct regular inventory counts, and report any discrepancies. Read and understand work orders and use scanners to read product barcodes.

Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipping and report any quality issues to the appropriate personnel.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) safely and efficiently.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure safety standards are met.

Adaptability: Perform various tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the overall operation of the fulfillment center.

Qualifications:

Reliability: Ability to consistently report to work on time and adhere to assigned schedules.

Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Prior Experience: Previous experience as a fulfillment associate or a similar role is a plus.

Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Metric Experience: Experience with metrics is preferred, but not required.
