Our client is currently seeking a qualified Support Technician with strong initiative to join their team onsite in Plano, TX. Fluency in Korean is a plus for this role (Not a requirement). Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required
  • Stage and build systems
  • Support printers
  • Complete special projects as requested
  • Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to a job well done
  • Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
  • iOS and Android working knowledge
  • Printer support including swaps, cartridges, set-ups, installations (NOT repairs)
  • Impeccable customer support skills
  • Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
  • Walk-up and remote support service experience
