We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our New York City team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience handling insurance coverage matters, including but not limited to coverage analysis, policy interpretation, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth insurance coverage analysis and provide opinions on various types of policies (e.g., general liability, professional liability, D&O, E&O, etc.).
- Handle complex insurance coverage disputes in both state and federal courts.
- Draft and review coverage position letters, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of policy interpretation, coverage issues, and insurance regulations.
