Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION: Under direction, performs skilled building maintenance and repair work; and does related or other work as required. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of an appropriate California Driver's License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles. Two years journey level experience and appropriate licensing or certification may be required contingent on assignment (ie - pest control, HVAC, etc.) TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: PATTERN I: Two years of journey level experience in at least one of the building trades.
