This role includes the coordination and delivery of local orders to stores and other required destinations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. The associate will also uphold quality standards while manufacturing finished products and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction. Safety and efficiency are paramount in this position to enhance operational effectiveness and meet market demands.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWarehouse Operations SupportOrganize the warehouse based on production needs to ensure efficient operations.Pull necessary raw materials to stock the production floor, maintaining a ready supply for daily manufacturing needs.Process customer orders from the Customer Experience Department, stage orders on pallets, verify orders for accuracy, and prepare them for outbound shipment.Coordinate and deliver local orders to stores and other required destinations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols..Inventory ManagementManage and maintain the stamp inventory system and controls.Assist in managing the sample request system and controls.Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments follow FIFO and are properly documented and tracked.Assist with weekly and monthly inventory audits, tracking finished goods, tax-paid area, and raw materials.Report any inventory discrepancies and damages to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.Administrative and Compliance SupportReceive and verify all raw materials on inbound freight carriers using the MRP system.Ensure any visible damage is noted on the bill of lading (BOL) paperwork when receiving items.Maintain all forklifts and equipment assigned to the warehouse department in good condition.Aid in preparing shipments for trade shows and ensure that large and complex deliveries meet quality standards to the end destination.Perform data entry and administrative tasks as necessary, including receiving inventory into the ACCPAC system in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCESMinimum of one-year related experience and/or training in warehouse operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Forklift experience preferred.Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.Strong teamwork skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.Proficiency with data entry and inventory software systems.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to meet deadlines.PHYSCAL REEQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of standing at machinery and moving around the warehouse.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling inventory.Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with production operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent.Familiarity with project management software and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.DISCLAIMERThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with it.
