Patient Service Representatives are the first faces that all patients and visitors see when they enter the organization and are typically the last faces that are seen before they leave. The Patient Service Representative initiates the electronic encounters for all patients as well. Accuracy is highly important as all Patient Service Representatives have a direct impact on reimbursement.
