- Collaborate with business partners to assess the process risks and controls
- Work closely with team members to develop strategies and methodologies to assess design of the controls and operating effectiveness.
- Develop conclusions based on outcome of work and data to provide recommendations and support business partners in achieving their objectives.
QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMDesired Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Audit or risk management experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in analyzing data; must be able to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
- Must be able to present information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas
- Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking
- Risk assessment and management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk
- Represent graphical information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Must be able to work with individuals having a different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goal
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
- Relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and building relationship networks
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
