What You'll Do:

  • Masterful Case Preparation: Draft precise Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions that ensure the best outcomes.
  • Discovery Expert: Own the discovery process and leave no stone unturned, with a keen focus on every case detail.
  • Client Connector: Be the trusted legal partner for clients, insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators, keeping them engaged every step of the way.
  • Courtroom Advocate: Stand tall in the courtroom, confidently representing your clients and winning favorable results.
  • Team Leader: Use your experience to mentor others and drive team success, contributing to a culture of excellence.
  • What We're Looking For:

  • A licensed State Bar attorney with at least 2 years of hands-on Workers' Compensation experience.
