TheDivisional Marketing Project Managerservesas a pivotal link between the sales team and the corporate marketing department, operating at the intersection of strategic planning and tactical execution. This position advocates for the marketing needs of the division and branches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.This role functions as a liaison, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between sales and marketing teams. The Divisional Marketing Project Manager is also responsible for interpreting sales requirements, translating them into actionable marketing initiatives, and overseeing their implementation.Additionally, the job calls for providing personalized support to the sales team, serving as a dedicated point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and assistance. Whether through email correspondence, in person or live calls, the Divisional Marketing Project Manager prioritizes customer service, aiming to foster strong connections with sales personnel and promote a sense of belonging within the organization.By maintaining open lines of communication and offering tailored support, the Divisional Marketing Project Manager contributes to the retention of sales talent, reinforcing their value and significance beyond mere ticket numbers. This position strives to cultivate a collaborative environment where sales and marketing synergize to drive growth and success.Under the direction of the Sales Leadership, the job responsibilities of the DivisionalMarketing Project Managerposition include, but are not limited, to the following:
  • Social Channels-
    • Develop, strategize, and execute comprehensive social media content plans, including creation, scheduling, and publication across various platforms.
    • Design and produce engaging video content for both our leadership team and office environment, showcasing creativity and strategic thinking.
    • Interact with and support our team by liking, following, and engaging with their social media content across various platforms.
  • Branch & LO Projects-
    • Events Support:
      • Collaborate with loan officers and managers to gather event details and requirements.
      • Ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies for events (e.g., table covers, banners, marketing materials, swag items).
      • Coordinated with the corporate marketing team for ordering event supplies.
      • Create promotional materials for events, including print and digital assets (flyers, postcards, social media posts, Facebook events, LinkedIn banners, registration links, etc.).
      • Assist in promoting events online and in CRM platforms.
      • Provide support during presentations, including slide creation or assistance with Zoom event setup.
    • Onboarding Support:
      • Record training videos to facilitate adoption of marketing platforms.
      • Host live training sessions for individuals or groups, covering various topics including:
        • Introduction to marketing platforms.
        • Usage of CreateMore Studio & Jira.
        • Shape CRM customization and administration.
        • Social Coach & Experience best practices.
        • List Reports & Prospecting Agents.
      • Create welcome posts and highlight new hires for branch locations.
      • Make sales aware of the various tools available to them, including our in-house sales and real estate coach and his offerings.
    • Custom Design Projects:
      • Address custom design needs on an as-needed basis, working closely with the corporate team.
      • Provide live support via email and calls to expedite project completion.
      • Leverage CreateMore Studio for template-based designs, while also offering personalized design services.
      • Execute a variety of design projects including:
        • Social media posts.
        • EDDM postcards.
        • Unique flyers for region-specific programs.
        • Email scripts.
        • Event promotional materials.
    • Systems Support:
      • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all marketing platforms, including CRM (Shape) and CreateMore Studio.
      • Provide on-demand assistance to address platform-related queries or issues.
      • Act as the back-end administrator for Shape CRM, managing customization and administration tasks for all branches.
Overall Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient operation of marketing initiatives at both branch and individual loan officer levels.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and adoption of marketing platforms for new hires.
  • Deliver personalized design solutions to meet the unique needs of loan officers and branches.
  • Maintain expertise in all marketing platforms to provide timely support and guidance.
  • Maintain daily engagement with our loan officers, ensuring consistent availability and support across various communication channels.
  • Serve as the liaison and primary point of contact between the corporate marketing department and the divisional marketing teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the management of our local merchandise store and handle the processing of closing basket orders at the corporate office.
  • Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or a related field;
  • Organized, self-starter with excellent time management skills;
  • Strong communicator that can work effectively within our team;
  • Understanding of current marketing trends;
  • Job Knowledge:
    • General understanding of marketing across main platforms, and deeper knowledge of 1 or 2 specialty areas;
    • Basic awareness of current marketing trends, especially on the digital front;
    • Working knowledge of graphic design tools is a huge plus - Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator;
    • Ability to help others bring a rough idea to life.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • 2 - 5 years preferred but not required;
    • Strong communication and ability to work well with others.
Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle and eye strain. *This position will report to the OVM Corporate office in Virginia Beach on a full time basis.***AnnieMac Home Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Employer***
