( Responsibilities THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION: 6:45PM to 7:00AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule PURPOSE: To safely load and unload materials and products from trailers using a Power Industrial Truck/Forklift. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including, but not limited to, the following. Others may be assigned. Receive, document and distribute product accurately. Load and unload materials to/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves safely, undamaged Safely operate and inspect power industrial trucks/Forklifts (Gas and Electric) Perform warehouse cleaning and consolidating Move pack-out. Load/ unload trucks. Perform cycle counts. Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement. Must have excellent attendance. Must have basic math skills. Must have forklift experience/certification. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Must be able to work independently with some supervision. Must have full understanding of Work-In-Process. Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving objects (up to 35 pounds periodically). Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms. Must be able to perform all job duties in a safe and effective manner.
