Job Requirements:

  • Must be well organized with solid communication skills (oral and written).
  • Sales Supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Travel minimum of 3 days per week.

You will report to the Lubricants Inland Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply and enforce the TotalEnergies Marketing & Services USA RoadMap.
  • Ensure Sales Representatives reach their objectives & goals – provide monthly results to Inland Director.
  • Supervise and coach the Sales Representatives team regularly; support team development of the product mix aligned with the TEMUSA strategy.
  • Ensure all distributors have signed the TEMUSA Premium Club.
  • Monitor Salsa on a weekly basis to ensure all duties are completed (National Parameters, Prospection, etc.).
  • Work closely with the Inland Director and marketing team for tools & programs for the distributors (active member of the Distributor Committee).
  • Support the team in building positive customer relationships by being responsive and reliable.
  • Represent the company at events and shows.
  • Secure field intelligence regarding price movement, competitive programs, industry environment, etc. (Pricing insight tools).
  • Ensure visibility of the brand at all distributors using Mylubportal and other sales tools.

You will contribute to the development of the Lubricants activities, taking into consideration the roadmap and ambition of the Group. Located in Linden, New Jersey, you will manage a sales team (7-9 individuals) dedicated to the Distributors and Buying Group network. Propose new distributors and focus on improving the distributor network with the target profitability Value over Volume. Effectively supervise the supplier-customer relationship. Help establish goals and targets with the US Inland Directors.

You have experience in management with a great team spirit and enjoy new challenges. You have experience in lubricants sales or sales for a similar business. You are not afraid to travel regularly.

We are looking for a local candidate already living in the US, preferably located in New Jersey.
