Behavioral Health Network Program Director-THRIVE Wraparound

GENERAL SUMMARYThe Program Director for the Thrive Intensive Community Wrap-Around Support Program is responsible for coordinating and managing the services outlined in the DDS/DMH Intensive Community Wrap-Around Supports contract (Thrive).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Supervises and provides leadership to the Intensive Community Wrap Around team, including clinicians, nurses, team coaches, consultants, and peer mentors.
  • Provides necessary training for the clinical treatment team including autism spectrum disorder, ABA/PBS, serious mental illness, and evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitates daily communication among Thrive team members to collaborate, plan, and take action.
  • Manages all referrals for the Community Treatment Team to include tracking, responding to the funder, and maintaining active rosters and wait lists.
  • Ensures all required clinical assessments are scheduled and completed within established timelines.
  • Attends regional and Statewide meetings to report program progress and contributes to the Statewide planning of service components.
  • Submits billing and program expenditure documentation accurately and within required timelines.
  • OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as primary liaison across BHN programs.
  • Builds strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and payors.
  • Carries out directions of senior management and attends management meetings.
  • Accepts other responsibilities, as assigned, to support specific department/business needs.
  • PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESMaster's Degree in social services field or related field required.Current licensure (LMHC, LICSW, BCBA/LABA or higher) or license eligibility required.Minimum of five years of direct experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Significant Mental Illness required.Direct experience implementing evidence-based practices required.Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle for all working hours required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
