Position Summary: The Senior Customer Executive will be responsible for strategic growth planning and profitability for our Foodservice Retail Club Stores, Industrial Channel, and large Foodservice Operators. The role will be direct line accountability to National Customer Headquarters and managing a Team of Account Managers to support Customer alignment and growth. The Senior Customer Executive will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives aligned to Channel and Customer strategies through product portfolio improvements, new product development, LTO (limited time offers) initiatives, and new Customer opportunities. Key Job Responsibilities: Direct line accountability to National Customer HQ Teams Lead, coach, and manage a Team of Account Managers Collaborate with BBU (Bimbo Bakeries USA) sales and operations teams regarding performance andexecution Manage communication to all functional teams regarding account news andinformation Establish relationships with key buying influencers and cross functional teams: supply chain, marketing, culinary, and the category management team. Understand key customer dynamics + initiatives and develop customer strategies togrow Align BBU sales activities with Business Unit strategies and objectives: profitability, market defense, growth, and capacityutilization Align with corporate revenue and profit goals when planning specific customerstrategies Organize and maintain contract and pricing programs with eachaccount Engage with customer culinary leaders to present new and existing BBU products + capabilities on an ongoingbasis Remain current with competitive and innovative developments in themarketplace Collaborate to support BBU team members with growth projects and initiatives on an ongoing basis Position BBU/BBH products and brands as categoryleaders Build Channel/Customer strategies that support BBH sales and volume goals Consistently monitor sales performance within existing business and identify newopportunities Report and present business updates and sales performance results on a regularbasis #LI-VB1 Position Requirements: Key Behavioral Competencies: Strong project management skills arerequired Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonalskills Financial and business analysis experiencepreferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Work andOutlook Education and Work History: BA/BS in Business Administration or related field ispreferred A combination of 7+ years of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
