- A minimum of a High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the operation of manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice GMP environment preferred. Mechanical/technical skills required.
- Troubleshooting skills preferred. Basic computer skills required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have good work habits neatness, organizational skills, time management skills, etc.
- Must be a team player and be able to work with minimal technical supervision.
- The ability to stand and/or walk 90 of the time is required.
- Must be able to work rotating 12 hour night shifts 3rd Shift 6:30 pm - 6:30 am, will include alternating weekends. (Rotating 4 days on, 4 days off)
- The ability to work occasional overtime and some holidays is required.
