Hybrid: Senior Network Engineer-CITIZEN, GREEN CARD-NY NEED LOCAL ONLYWITH DL Location: ONSITE IN NYC (56th &6th) Duration: 12 months NEED LOCAL ONLY WITH DL MOI: Skype Must have recent financial services background (Banking, investment banking, investment management, capital markets) Need 4–5-page resume Main Duties/Responsibilities Of The Role • Maintaining data, voice or video network hardware and systems; investigates and resolves network and hardware matters of significance; research, analyzes, isolates, and resolves errors; assesses and updates older networks as needed and in accordance with specified plans. • Effectively deal with tickets and incidents passed on from the service desk. • Provides technical support on data, voice, or video networks for internal and/or external customers; answers technical questions; recommends and implements approved course of action. Provides technical leadership for data or voice network problem escalation and resolution. • Design, deploy and manage a corporate enterprise and executive office environment that is growing at an unprecedented pace. Required • Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience • A minimum of 5 years' experience of supporting a global network, delivering complete end to end connectivity • zScaler (ZIA/ZPA), VXLAN, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco • Must have Low Latency experience. (Working with traders in a high traffic environment) • Proven ability to organise & prioritise multiple tasks daily • Strong analytical abilities with a good level of investigative skills • Service oriented, accurate, effective, and able to work unsupervised even under pressure • Responsive and adaptable in a dynamic, collaborative work environment. • CCNP, Minimum CCNA – Required • Support, management, and implementation of Next-Gen Firewalls • Wireless (Meraki preferred) • Site to Site VPNs on various devices (Inc IOS) • Thorough knowledge of various routing protocols: BGP, OSPF & EIGRP • Cisco Nexus 9000 • Cisco ISE & 802.1x • Zscaler – ZIA / ZPA • Multicast • Cloud Networking (AWS preferred) • Familiar with Cisco product range • Palo Alto • VXLAN • SDWAN • Cisco DNAC & SDA • Cisco Call Manager/Collaboration • Automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform) • SSL Decryption
