Position Overview:
Responsible for oversight and supervision of Woodfield Crisis Response Team. Respond, Support, Model, Train & lead staff in Therapeutic Intervention de-escalation engagement skills & techniques with youth. Coordinates & manages facility inspections; fire safety drills, plant lock security integrity inspections. Assure accurate documentation of all crisis & emergency related incidents.
Position Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED. 5 years of experience in youth services. Minimum of one year of Supervisory Experience. Experience in Detention, Law enforcement or Security Operations preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license.
