Job Overview

As a Senior Travel Advisor, you will curate and manage luxury travel experiences for high-net-worth clients, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and exclusive services. This role requires a passion for travel, meticulous attention to detail, and strong client relationships to ensure memorable, customized journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand preferences, needs, and budgets, crafting bespoke travel itineraries.
• Design luxury travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring every aspect of the journey is seamless.
• Establish strong relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other providers, negotiating contracts to secure exclusive benefits for clients.
• Oversee the accuracy and coordination of travel bookings to meet client expectations.
• Provide outstanding service throughout the planning process, resolving any client concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about new luxury travel trends and attend industry events for networking and professional growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote luxury travel packages and support sales targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in luxury travel planning or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with travel booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel destinations and experiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services.
