Job Description:

Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on our financial service company's accounts. You will need to respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. The support areas include our Cash Management products and services, our Online Client Website, Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.

• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.

• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
